First of all, what a cutie. Tullett sports a mass of side-swept hair, a vintage-look denim shirt, very square, thick-rimmed glasses, and has a rather hipster-chic vibe. He gives a delicate accoustic-folk feel to the start of the song, but later picks up the pace and sings with true passion and vehemence. The intimate bedroom recording (equipped with a high-quality webcam and Foals posters on the walls) evokes a real home-grown teenage angst feel to the illustrious Foals song, and creates a rather different aesthetic to the original.

Although he is currently more of a YouTube star, we here at Dance Yrself Clean will be following young Ed and his antics. He is definitely one to keep your eyes (and ears) peeled for. Ed’s new album Never Joy is available for CD and download, so get downloading. No excuses!
