We managed to catch Bastille’s second set at HMV Ritz (due to Summer Camp unfortunately pulling out), which was absolutely phenomenal. Bastille are an up and coming band from South London. Lead singer Dan Smith is full of energy and able to keep the atmosphere electric, Dan was so animated that he managed to knock his keyboard onto the ground but despite this technical error he carried on bouncing around the stage. Bastille work well together and they’re always on top form in their live shows.
My favourite song from their set was ‘Of the Night’ it really got the crowd going and was an impressive end to their set.
